Welcome to register as a member or to use the services of [Heart Healing Integrated Services Limited] or [Healing Thee Consultation Company Ltd.] or [HealingThee.com] (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "We"), whether as a member, a registered service seeker, or a service-seeking institution (institutions refer to all private or non-profit organizations/establishments, schools, etc., hereinafter referred to as "Institutions"). "Therapist" refers to the mental and psychological health professionals listed on this website, including but not limited to psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, marriage and family therapists, counselors, music therapists, play therapists, and expressive arts therapists, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Therapist" or "Service Provider"). The following are the terms and rules that you (you refers to the therapist, member, registered service seeker, or institutional representative) must abide by when using the Company's HealingThee.com website and its provided services.
By visiting and using our website services, you accept and agree to be bound by our terms of agreement. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and considered a part of the Company Agreement. In addition, when using our services, you shall also comply with other guidelines or rules of our company applicable to such services. If you do not agree to abide by the above provisions, please do not use our services.
HealingThee.com takes your privacy and security very seriously. Information regarding our company's security and privacy practices can be found in our Privacy Policy.
By selecting "I Accept," you signify your agreement to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

"Our Company's Website" refers to "HealingThee.com" and its affiliated websites.
Our company operates an online platform that facilitates matching between you and third-party therapists for online/in-person consultation sessions and/or related professional services.
This website may revise the contract content at any time, and the revised terms will be posted on this website. The new revised terms will automatically take effect seven days after being posted. Therefore, you should periodically review these Terms for changes made by HealingThee.com. If you continue to use our website or the services provided by our website after any changes to these terms, you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

HealingThee.com Services
The Company only provides therapists with experience in relevant practical professional fields to provide services on this platform.
Most importantly, the Company enforces that every therapist on the platform must comply with the Company's privacy policy, internal policies and regulations as long as they work with the Company.
In this way, the service you receive through our platform will meet the professional standards expected from a traditional face-to-face service interview.
Therapists are independent contractors of the Platform and are neither employees, agents nor representatives of HealingThee.com. The role of our platform is limited to matching, enabling, supervision and administrative and billing services, while the therapist consultation and/or professional interview services themselves remain the responsibility of the therapist. If you wish to change your originally paired therapist, you must notify us on our platform after the originally scheduled service is over so that we can make the next service arrangement directly with you.
Our company HealingThee.com acts only as an intermediary between service providers and users. The Company is not responsible for the quality, legality or suitability of the services provided by any service provider. Users should conduct necessary investigations and careful consideration when selecting a service provider.
Although the Company hopes that our services will benefit you and meet your needs, you understand, agree and acknowledge that the professional services provided by the Company's platform may not be suitable for your needs and/or ideal solutions, and may not be suitable and/or ideal for your specific circumstances.
Even if the Company may/has matched you with a corresponding therapist and obtained your acceptance, the Company hereby reiterates and informs you that the Company does not intend or continue to provide you with the Company's platform and services if you are currently in the following situations: in or may be in an emergency, ordered by a court (or any other agency) to receive emergency treatment or consultation, suffering from a serious mental illness and/or recommended to receive psychological supervision or psychiatric care and/or have thoughts of harming yourself or others. Additionally, if you or anyone else is in danger, seek emergency assistance immediately. The Company shall not be liable for any personal injury caused by your personal condition or physical condition to the extent permitted by applicable law and in any circumstances.
In addition, except for the professionals/therapists provided by our company platform who are regulated by the Hong Kong government and have the right to provide you with drug treatment and medical services, other professionals/therapists provided by our company platform will not and cannot advise, provide or recommend to you which drugs may be suitable for you through this platform and/or when providing services. However, the therapist can inform/refer the company on your behalf about the relevant services and therapists in other professional fields who are appropriate. We will contact you directly to match you with other treatment plans suitable for you.
However, finding, judging and evaluating the solutions that suit your needs cannot be achieved solely through the information or suggestions received through our platform and/or services. Never neglect, avoid or delay obtaining appropriate services and care from your physician or other treating professional.

Confidentiality of fees and terms of service
In accordance with the confidentiality policy of HealingThee.com, the help seeker or service seeking organization that registers for the service must ensure that the terms and fees negotiated and/or agreed upon by the Company and you are kept confidential. Disclosure of fee arrangements and third parties/therapists mentioned or not listed above is strictly prohibited except to the Company. If you have any questions about our fees and service terms, policies and practices, please email us directly at enquiry@healingthee.com.


Refunds, Cancellations and Amendments
All reservations, once confirmed, are non-refundable and cannot be modified or exchanged for other types of services, unless otherwise specified in these Terms. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you should contact us 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to reschedule your appointment to a date within 1 month of your first appointment. Otherwise, the reservation will still be considered invalid. Each appointment can only be rescheduled once.
Each interview should be conducted within the time specified by this platform after confirmation, and no postponement will be allowed due to lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any confirmed interview, we or the Service Provider may cancel the interview without prior notice and the interview will be deemed closed/used. No rescheduling or refunds are allowed for any interviews already used.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any confirmed appointments or change the service provider you have booked. If we exercise our right to change or cancel the time or service provider of your appointment, we will notify you via this platform message, email and/or SMS. Please check your inbox from time to time. If we do not receive a response from you by the deadline mentioned in the notification, the revised timetable will be deemed confirmed. All reservations are non-refundable once cancelled and cannot be modified or exchanged for another type of service unless otherwise specified in these Terms.
Special circumstances
If the client/institution requests to change the agreed treatment time more than once (on a separate basis for each change), an additional handling fee of HK$500 will be charged for each change. And the application must be submitted on our platform 48 hours before the original treatment date, otherwise our company will charge the original treatment fee and change fee. If you decide that you no longer need the services provided, the Company will retain the service fees received and will not refund them. Regardless of whether either party requests to cancel the treatment, the client/institution cannot request the therapist to provide the same or similar treatment or related services within 12 months unless introduced again by our company HealingThee.com.
If it is discovered that the therapist provides treatment to you or obtains related services and referral information without the written consent of the Company, the Company will pursue the therapist for breach of this contract. In addition to terminating the cooperation, the Company will handle the losses incurred by the Company and all legal liabilities through normal legal channels. Please carefully consider the legal liabilities that your therapist may face.

Third Party Content
The Platform may contain other content, products or services provided or offered by third parties ("Third Party Content"), links to Third Party Content (including but not limited to links to other websites), or advertising content related to third parties. We are not responsible for the creation of any such Third Party Content, including (but not limited to) any related products, practices, terms, or policies, and we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from any Third Party Content.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
You hereby indemnify us and agree to hold us harmless from any actions and claims of any nature arising out of the Platform and/or Services, including (but not limited to) any actions, suggestions, information, omissions, opinions, responses, recommendations, information and/or services of any provider and/or any other content or information accessed through the Platform.
You understand, agree and acknowledge that the Platform and Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including (but not limited to) accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement or security. Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You understand, agree and acknowledge that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct/indirect, punitive and/or exemplary damages.

We do not guarantee that:
The accuracy, quality, completeness or reliability of the Platform, Information and any products provided by third parties;
The website and the information will be error-free, virus-free, uninterrupted or free from unauthorized use or hacking
The quality of any products and/or services provided by third parties.
If applicable law does not allow the foregoing limitation of liability, the limitation will be deemed modified only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law.
This company disclaimer is governed by the laws of [country or region]. In case of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the competent court of [country or region].
This Section (Limitation of Liability) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Your actions and statements
You hereby confirm that you have the legal capacity (or have parental or guardian consent) to consent to use the Platform and Services and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You hereby confirm and agree that all information you have provided or will provide on or through the Platform and/or throughout the Services, in particular any contact details and emergency contact details, is accurate, complete, true and does not exist in any form. Furthermore, you agree that, during the term of this Agreement, you will ensure that this information is maintained and updated so that it continues to be accurate, complete, truthful and not misleading in any way. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in us being unable to provide you with appropriate services, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without compensation.
You agree, acknowledge and verify that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other security information associated with your account (collectively, "Account Access"). We recommend that you change your password frequently and take extra care to protect your password.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account access or any other breach of your account security.
You agree, confirm and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge and/or consent.
You agree, acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your account access rights. You further acknowledge and agree that we will hold you responsible for any damage or loss resulting from anyone using your account access, whether or not authorized by you, and you agree to indemnify us for any such damage or loss.

You agree and undertake not to use the Platform to carry out any communications (by delivering, sending and/or posting): (a) unsolicited emails and/or advertisements or promotions of goods and services; (b) malicious software or code; (c) illegal, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, racist or potentially harmful content; (d) any content that infringes the rights of a third party (including intellectual property rights); (e) any content that may cause damage to a third party; (f) any content that may constitute, cause or encourage a criminal offense or violate any applicable law.
You agree and undertake not to violate any applicable local laws, regulations or ethical codes in connection with your use of the Platform and Services.
If you receive any file from us or a service provider, whether or not through the Platform, you are responsible for checking and scanning the file for any viruses or malware before opening or using it.
You will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, causes of action, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses (including, without limitation, litigation and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to any of the following: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) any actions taken by you or others regarding your account or account access; (c) your breach of any term of this Agreement; (d) nonpayment of the fees for any services provided through the Platform (including the Service); and/or (e) your violation of any third-party rights. This clause shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
You acknowledge and agree that all payment-related information you provide and will provide in the future to or through the Platform and Services is accurate, correct and current and will continue to be accurate, correct and current.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the use of the Service on a per-use basis or in accordance with our established plans on a timely basis. By providing us with your payment method, you authorize us to charge you through that payment method, and you agree to maintain valid payment method information.
If you deal or otherwise engage directly with any of our service providers, we will not be responsible for matters, disputes or losses and damages arising out of any such direct dealings between you and the service provider. If the therapist provides treatment to you or obtains related services and referral information without the Company's consent or written consent, the Company will pursue the therapist for breach of this contract. In addition to terminating the cooperation, the Company will handle the losses incurred by the Company and all legal liabilities through normal legal channels. Please carefully consider the legal liabilities that your therapist may face.

Modification, termination, interruption and destruction of this platform
You understand, agree and acknowledge that we may modify, suspend, interrupt or terminate the Platform and/or Services, or any part of the Platform and/or Services, at any time, whether for all customers or specifically for you, with or without notice to you. You agree and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any of the above actions or for any loss or damage caused by any of the above actions.
While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accessibility and reliability of the Platform and Services, you understand and agree that none of the foregoing is 100% accessible and/or reliable, and therefore we cannot guarantee that access to the Platform and/or Services will be uninterrupted, always accessible, consistent, timely, or error-free.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Company's platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or other irreparable loss.

Requirements for users of this service
You should be at least 18 years old to use our services.
If you are under the age of 18 (a “Minor”) and wish to use the Service, you agree that: (a) you must be able to understand the nature and impact of the proposed Service when you agree to accept the proposed Service; and (b) you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and that such parent or legal guardian has read and fully agrees to this Agreement with you. We are not responsible for verifying such guardian's consent, and by using our services, you represent to us that you have duly obtained such consent.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, you agree that you do not have absolute authority to decide what medical treatment your child receives. By allowing your child to use the Platform and/or Services, you are bound by the terms of this Agreement and are responsible for your child's activities on the Platform and Services.
Unless there are special circumstances, we believe that obtaining the consent of one parent is sufficient.
If you are using the Platform and/or Services on behalf of your company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and that that entity accepts this Agreement.
Notify
We reserve the right to determine the form and method of communication for each type of notice given under this Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, you will be deemed to have received any notice from us immediately upon our sending it to the communication method you provided to us when you registered for the Platform and/or Services or notified to us in the notice. At the same time, he expressed that he could accept this approach.
Notices to us must be sent by email to enquiry@healingthee.com. We will not be deemed to have received your instructions or communications unless we send them in the manner specified by us from time to time after we actually receive them. Instructions or communications you send to us will be deemed to have been received by us on the date we actually receive them.

Replenish
You may not infringe or assist in the infringement of HealingThee.com's intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks and database rights); HealingThee.com owns all intellectual property rights in the content, postings, photos, images, videos, graphics and layout contained on this website; and you may not use any such content for any other purpose.
This Agreement and our relationship with you shall be construed solely in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, excluding any rules governing choice of law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Amendment, Cancellation and Complaints Policy and the other documents referred to herein and in the Application Form, contain the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings and conditions of any nature, express or implied, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. The express terms of this Agreement control and supersede any performance and/or use process of the Platform and/or Services that is inconsistent with any terms of this Agreement.
We may change this Agreement by posting a revised version on the Platform. Unless we indicate otherwise, all modifications are effective upon posting. By using the Platform after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the changes to the Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and Services.
We may freely assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, void, unenforceable or contrary to law, then the relevant provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
All provisions concerning limitation of liability and indemnification shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
