神經系統與情緒的交織是指人體神經系統與情緒之間彼此互相影響、協調運作的關係，以及大腦各區神經結構如何共同參與情緒產生、調節、和表現。

✓ 情緒並非單一腦部區域控制，而是由額葉（前額葉皮質）、邊緣系統（包括杏仁核、海馬迴）及下視丘等多個神經結構共同參與。
✓ 神經系統亦會將外界刺激轉換成生理反應（如心跳加快、出汗等），這些反應再回饋到大腦，影響個人對情緒的感受與行動傾向。
✓ 情緒改變不僅影響神經系統功能（如壓力使腦內皮質醇分泌上升），亦會反映在生理層面，包括自律神經系統協調（交感、副交感神經）、荷爾蒙分泌等，還會影響免疫系統、新陳代謝、甚至行為決策能力。
